I finally gave myself the gift of time in my art room this morning.
I’ve admitted before that I’m terrible about getting stains on my tees that won’t come out. I also suddenly find a hole or two… I’ve found I can have fun – AND give new life to tees that are otherwise, ruined, by painting them.
SO –
I stitched up the hole in the front of a black tee and then started painting. I ended up painting daisies all over the shirt.
The paint is still wet, so it’ll have to wait until tomorrow at least before it’s wearable.
Great idea Linda π
I would run out of tops if I didn’t do this, Irene. It would be better if I weren’t such a slob…. :0)
You are not a slob Linda, you are an artist. When we create, we don’t think in much else than creating π
Ooh! I’m going to write this down and keep it where I can see and appreciate it. :0)
π
Great idea! I should do that with my gardening tops too. π
Go for it, Robin

Interesting idea
Hi. I’m glad you found the idea interesting. I have SEVERAL painted tees now. It’s fun and makes me more forgiving of my sloppiness. :0)
Thanks very much for the reblog.
